All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
You are responsible for filing any claims directly with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments.

6. Gift Cards

Firstline e-Gift Cards are redeemable only through our Website and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a gift card is lost, stolen, or non-functional, contact us at firstlinesafetyeyewear@gmail.com — we may replace it at our discretion.

Unused balances remain available for future purchases and do not expire.

7. User Content

Users may have the opportunity to upload, post, or submit photos, reviews, or other content (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant Firstline by Bon Vivant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes.
