As a U.S. Navy Trident Nuclear Submarine Force Veteran, I served onboard the USS Alaska (SSBN 732) Blue Crew, spending long hours in the missile control center under harsh lighting where clear vision was critical. That experience inspired me to create Firstline — eyewear designed for comfort, safety, and prescription-ready adaptability.
