Free U.S. Shipping on Orders $50+
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and discounts).
USA (Non-Prescription) Orders
For all non-prescription eyewear and accessories:
- Standard Shipping: $5 (3–5 business days processing)
- Express Shipping: +$10 (1–2 business days processing)
- All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles fulfillment center via USPS (unless noted otherwise).
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
If you need to update your shipping address or order details before your order ships, please email us immediately at firstlinesafetyeyewear@gmail.com.
Prescription (Rx) Orders
Our prescription lenses are custom-made to your specifications.
Please allow a minimum of 4-5 weeks for production and processing after your prescription and payment have been approved.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email right away.

Bulk Orders
For government, corporate, and worksite bulk purchases:
- Please allow 5–7 business days for order fulfillment.
- A tracking number will be provided as soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse.

International Orders
We currently ship to select international destinations.
Delivery Options:
- Standard International: Transit times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days).
- Express International (via DHL): 4–10 business days depending on destination.
Please note that overnight delivery is not available for international orders.

Duties & Taxes
At checkout, any applicable duties and taxes will be automatically calculated based on your destination country.
You may select:
- DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): Duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout — no additional fees upon delivery.
- DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): You’ll pay duties and taxes upon delivery. Your local carrier may hold the package until payment is received.
Pro Tip:
Choose DDP shipping for a seamless delivery experience with no unexpected fees.
Any customs inspections, delays, or fees are outside of our control if DDU is selected.
